July News letter Jubillee Cup

Hello All team Captains and competitors

This is the 6th newsletter of the 2026 season.

48 teams down to 8 (well 9 at the moment but soon to be 8)

Again, as usual captains report what superb matches have been played in such friendly but competitive atmospheres with no one doing an ‘Argentina’. None more so than what looked like an absolute belter of a round of 16 match between Epping and Woolston Manor with Epping squeaking through after a play off. Exciting stuff.

Summary of the round of 16 results and QF match ups are:

Order of merit positions are….

Round of 16 winners and Quarter Final draws

Congratulations go to all teams in the quarter finals but especially to Epping GC and The Rayleigh Club who tell me it’s the first time they have progressed this far in the competition. I haven’t checked the History books on this but well done to you both.. maybe you can go on and do the full Wanstead?

Best of luck to all 8(9) remaining teams. Play well.

The videos of the quarter final venues can be found using the links below. These links are also available on the knockout rounds page of the results spreadsheet and on the Jubilee Cup gateway page.
